All showing requests are sent for your approval by phone, email or text depending on your preferred method of communication and individual instructions. I keep on top of all showing requests including the buyer agent’s name and brokerage, time slots, cancellations, reschedules, and whether it’s a first or second showing.  Utilizing the latest lockbox technology, I’m immediately notified when an agent and their buyer enters your home for a showing.

A fundamental aspect of selling your home is paying attention to the feedback provided by prospective buyers and their agent. After every showing, I personally follow up with the buyer’s agent to determine if there is any interest and discuss how the buyer feels about the house, condition, and price.

I share all reviews – good and bad – with you and although a couple of comments shouldn’t initiate drastic decisions, feedback helps address any issues or obstacles to selling and adjusting the listing price if necessary.
