During our second meeting, I’ll present my in-depth market analysis that shows at what price your home is competitive. I’ll be honest with you about what results you can expect at different price points. Together, we’ll determine the price estimate, and discuss ways you can spruce up your home to sell it for more. I will also present my exclusive marketing plan that will find the right buyer within the timeframe you would like to sell. I’ll explain the agency relationship, the paperwork, and answer any questions – big or small – you may have about the listing process.
