We begin with an in-person Discovery Meeting where I get to know your personal circumstances and objectives. We discuss points such as why you are thinking of selling, do you need to sell your home in a specific timeframe, should you buy or sell first. Other considerations may include where are you moving to, and do you require a referral for an out-of-town realtor. Listening and understanding your needs and objectives is crucial to a successful selling experience.

I’ll explain the current real estate market conditions and how it’s affecting buyers, sellers, and owners, what the going prices are, and how long homes are taking to sell in your neighbourhood.

Geared with this data, you can show me the key features of your home and property plus any improvements you have made so I can make a realistic assessment of its value and listing price.

During our second meeting, I’ll present my in-depth market analysis that shows at what price your home is competitive. I’ll be honest with you about what results you can expect at different price points. Together, we’ll determine the price estimate, and discuss ways you can spruce up your home to sell it for more.

I will also present my exclusive marketing plan that will find the right buyer within the timeframe you would like to sell. I’ll explain the agency relationship, the paperwork, and answer any questions – big or small – you may have about the listing process.
